Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers Recipe

  • 1 pound Ground Sausage (mild or hot)
  • 1 pound Bacon
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 12 Jalapeno Peppers
Cut each jalapeno pepper in half and remove seeds (I suggest wearing gloves). Set peppers aside. Brown ground sausage in skillet, drain, and return sausage to pan. Add cream cheese, cheddar, and pepper jack cheese to sausage and heat over low to medium heat until cheese has melted and mixed well. Spoon sausage and cheese mixture into pepper halves. Wrap each stuffed pepper half in bacon and place in baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bacon is done. Serve with ranch dressing.
