Great biscuits to serve with any meal. When you would like to serve an easy to make biscuit with your dinner, mix these up and bake just before serving dinner. They are extra good when served warm.

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Container: Cookie sheet or muffin tins

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease cookie sheet or muffin tins.
  • Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together.
  • Add the remaining ingredients. Stir together until smooth.
  • Drop by spoonful onto the prepared cookie sheet or fill muffin tins two-thirds full.
  • Bake for 17 to 20 minutes in preheated oven.
