  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, washed, hulled, quartered
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 banana

Put the Chia seeds in the almond milk and let sit for 10 minutes.

Blend together in your high-powered blend until smooth.
