Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously spray Bundt pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, stir together brown sugar, lemon peel, poppyseeds and pudding mix.
Cut each biscuit into four pieces and place in a large bowl. Add melted butter and toss to coat, making sure each piece of dough is covered with butter.
Roll each piece in pudding mix mixture and place in pan.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in center; cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Invert onto serving plate.
For the glaze, in a small bowl, stir together powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth and drizzling consistency. Drizzle glaze over warm monkey bread.
