Ingredients
  • 1 can Spam
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, grated
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 8 hamburger buns, sliced

Using a food processor, grind the Spam, pickles and onion. Stir in cheese, soup and pickle juice until combined.

Spread onto each cut side of the buns. Broil for 4-5 minutes, watching carefully as they burn quickly.

Quick sandwich that is inexpensive. Great when you have leftover buns that need to be used. Kid friendly, too.
