Pumpkin Fudge 8 Recipe

  • 1 1/4 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • 3/4 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 3 cups sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup marshmallow creme
  • 8 ounces White Chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
In 6-quart saucepan, combine milk, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, sugar, salt and butter. Cook to a firm ball stage. Stir in marshmallow creme, white chocolate and vanilla. Beat until mixture begins to get firm. Pour into buttered, 8-inch square pan. Cut when cool.
