Chinese Noodle Salad with Ramen Recipe

  • 2 heads green cabbage, shredded (can use a 8 ounce pre-washed bag)
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/3 cup craisins
  • 4 green onions (scallions), sliced
  • 1 package ramen noodles and seasoning packet
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
  • dash black pepper
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, sesame seeds, craisins and green onions.

Break the ramen noodles into small pieces and add to cabbage.

In a separate small bowl whisk together the remaining ingredients, including the ramen flavor packet.

Pour over the cabbage and noodles and gently toss to combine.

Let your ramen noodle salad stand for at least one hour before serving.
