Easy Roasted Asparagus Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds asparagus
  • olive oil
  • kosher salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400

2. Wash and trim asparagus

3. Lay spears on baking sheet in a single layer

4. Drizzle oil and sprinkle salt on the asparagus

5. Roast for about 15 minutes- asparagus are ready when they are bright green and tender.
