Foiled Fish Recipe

  • 4 1/2 ounces fish fillet
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Squirt of lemon juice
  • Onion to taste, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil and vinegar dressing
  • Sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 425 degrees F for 18 minutes. Serves 1.
