Vegetable Cheese Tart Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and drained (10 ounce pkg.)
  • 1 Unbaked Pie Shell
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well. Spoon into pie shell. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
