Vegetable Casserole 55 Recipe

  • 2 packages frozen vegetables (Birds Eye-Water Chestnuts, Broccoli, Carrots makes the BEST!) (12 ounce pkgs)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pint sour Cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken condensed soup (10.5 ounce can)
  • 1 can dried onions (6 ounce can)
Spray 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl, reserving half of onions. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake at 375° for 45 minutes uncovered (stir halfway through).

Top with remaining dried onions and bake additional 5-10 minutes until top is crispy.

ENJOY! Kids and adults LOVE it. GREAT to take to parties and picnics!
