Red Skin Potatoes Recipe

  • 1 or more lb petite red skin potatoes, washed and quartered
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted inch baking dish
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • Parsley to taste
Preheat oven to 325°. Toss potatoes in mixture until coated then bake approximately 30 to 35 minutes depending on oven. Uncover and toss halfway through the cooking process.
