PASTA AND VEGGIES Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package thin spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian Seasoning
  • 1 package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat oil, butter and all the spices. Cook 1 minute or until fresh garlic is lightly browned, do not burn. While browning, steam vegetables until firm. Toss hot pasta with vegetable and garlic mixture season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese. Serves 4.
