Ingredients
4 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots) with broccoli
2 tangerines, seedless, peeled and segments divided (large)
9 ounces chicken breast, cooked,boneless,skinless,chopped
1/2 cup radishes, sliced
1/3 cup tangerine juice, freshly squeezed or store bought
1 jalapeno pepper seeded and minced (medium)
2 tablespoons honey mustard
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Place broccoli slaw, tangerines, chicken and radishes in a large salad bowl, set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over salad. Toss to serve.
4 servings.
