Fruit Salad 169 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can chunk pineapple (large can)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 3 cans fruit cocktail
  • 2 bananas
Directions
Drain juice from pineapple. Add water to make 1 cup.

Put juice mixture in a saucepan; add sugar and flour. Add beaten eggs yolks and salt. Cook mixture until thick. Cool.

Fold in cool whip, fruit and bananas.
