Cranberry Fluff Salad 3 Recipe

  • 1 pound cranberries, ground
  • 3 cups tiny marshmallows
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups unpeeled apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup seedless green grapes, cut up
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
Combine cranberries, marshmallows and sugar. Cover, chill overnight. Add apples, walnuts, grapes and salt. Fold in whipped cream. Chill. Turn into serving bowl or spoon into individual lettuce cups. Decorate with a cluster of green grapes. Serves 8 to 10.
