Cookie Salad 31 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 16 ounces Cool Whip
  • 1 package Keebler fudge striped cookies, crushed
Directions
Mix buttermilk and pudding on low speed. Mix in Cool Whip. Mix in mandarin oranges (still with mixer on low speed). Chill for 1 hour. Right before serving, add crushed cookies...adding too soon will make cookies mushy.
