Zucchini Casserole 83 Recipe

  • 2 pounds zucchini, sliced
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
In 9 x 9 pan, layer zucchini and onions. Pour melted butter over. Add salt, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix butter and crumbs; sprinkle over top. Bake 35 - 40 minutes at 350°.
