Make Ahead Potatoes 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 potatoes peeled and boiled (large)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup margarine
Directions
Beat potatoes until fluffy, add cream cheese, sour cream, onion and melted margarine. Place in greased 9 x 13 pan. Can freeze. When ready to use place in 350° oven for 1 hour.
