Easy Cheesy Corn Bake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 ounce can cream style corn
  • 1 1/2 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Whisk cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in eggs, both cans of corn, muffin mix and cheese until well blended. Pour into a 9x13" baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 34 to 36 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 12.
