Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds hash brown potatoes (cubed and frozen)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 ounce can)
  • 1 pint sour Cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup onions
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 4/5 ounces fried onion rings
Directions
Allow some time for potatoes to thaw, this way they will cook better.

Preheat oven to 400°. Combined all ingredients except the onion rings. Bake in a greased 9x13 at 400° for 40 minutes.

Top with the fried onion rings and bake another 5 minutes being careful not to burn onion rings.
