Mix together the oats, flour, sugar, oil, and cinnamon. Set aside.
Peel apples and dice them. Mix the chopped apples with the jellied cranberry sauce. Place half of the oat mixture on the bottom of a 9X13 pan. Pour the apple mixture on top of the oats. Pour the remaining half of the oats mixture on the apple mixture. Bake for 1 - 1 1/2 hours until the apples are soft.
