POTATO CASSEROLE 108 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds country style frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 onion, diced (small)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • diced ham
  • 4 cups corn flakes
  • 1 stick butter or oleo, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients (except corn flakes & oleo) in large bowl. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Toss corn flakes with melted oleo to coat. Pour onto top of casserole. Preheat oven to 350° and bake 30 minutes (45 min. if chilled). Excellent dish to make ahead & chill - just do the corn flakes right before baking so they won't get soggy. Also try hamburger, chicken or your favorite soup.
