Sweet Potato Crunch 14 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes or 1 XL can of sweet potatoes, drained
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Topping
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 stick cold margarine
Directions
Mix above ingredients together. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
