Mashed Potato Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups hot mashed potatoes
  • 1 1/4 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sage
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Bake in a casserole at 350° for about 1 hour.
