Baked Pineapple Spoon Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (1 lb 4 ounce can)
  • 5 slices white bread, cubed
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
Directions
Cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs in one at a time. Stir in pineapple. Fold in bread cubes. Turn in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour.
