RED RICE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups rice, uncooked
  • 1 ring smoked sausage, sliced diagonally
  • 1/2 onion or more, chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper or more, chopped
  • 1 can tomato paste (6 ounce can)
  • 1 cup water
  • Tabasco sauce
  • Garlic powder
  • Lemon pepper
  • Basil
  • Salt & pepper
Directions
Cook rice & set aside. Saut sausage, onion & bell pepper. Add tomato paste & water. Stir in seasonings to taste & mix with rice. Simmer & serve.
