Pineapple Casserole 66 Recipe

Ingredients
  • Serves: 6 to 8
  • 5 slices white bread
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can large) crushed pineapple, drained
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Cube or tear the bread; set aside. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time; add the can of crushed pineapple; fold in bread. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes.

NOTE: The total recipe can be mixed right in the casserole dish by hand.
