Sesame Grilled Vegetables Recipe

  • Serves: 6 to 8
  • 2 cups red pepper, cubed
  • 2 cups zucchini, sliced
  • 2 cups Vidalia onion, sliced
  • 2 cups yellow summer squash, sliced
  • 2 cups Asparagus, sliced
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
In a large bowl, mix vegetables, oils and soy sauce until well blended. Chill for at least one hour. Place in grill basket and grill over medium high heat, stirring occasionally until lightly browned.
