Nutty Rice Recipe

Ingredients
  • Serves: 4
  • 4 ounces wild rice
  • 1 onion, chopped (small)
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Cook wild rice according to directions, omitting salt. Sauté onion and pecans in butter; add the seasoned salt. Stir in the wild rice and cook until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with parsley.

NOTE: Can easily be doubled.
