Potato Casserole 104 Recipe

  • 1 package Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes (1 1/2 lb Bag)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Green Pepper, finely chopped (medium)
  • Paprika
Mix all together and put in a large, flat, buttered baking pan. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake, uncovered at 350° for 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours at 300°.
