Easy Cheesy Carrots Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds carrots
  • 1 pound Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
Directions
Clean carrots and cut into chunks. Cook in water until tender; drain. Mix in cubed cheese and margarine. Place in a casserole dish and top with Rice Krispies. Bake at 350° uncovered until bubbly, about 30 minutes. Can be made ahead and baked later.
