Slow Cooker Creamy Mac & Cheese Recipe

  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 stick butter (cut into pieces)
  • 2 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
Cook and drain macaroni. In a bowl, mix together the butter and cheese. In a saucepan set on low, melt the butter and cheese. Set the slow cooker to low. Pour cheese mixture into slow cooker. Add eggs, sour cream, soup, salt, milk, mustard and pepper. Stir well. Add drained macaroni and stir. Cook for 3 hours. Can add additional cheese on top when there's 10 minutes left for cooking.
