Jiffy Corn Casserole 6 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box Jiffy corn meal mix
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 stick margarine (melted)
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
Directions
Mix and pour into square casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Double recipe for 9x13 pan.
