Cajun Caviar Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans black-eyed peas (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 can white shoe peg corn (drained)
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup sweet onion, chopped (according to taste)
  • 1/3 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 Italian Dressing (8 ounce )
Directions
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Serve with Scoops chips.
