Spaghetti Squash 6 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 average size yellow spaghetti squash
  • 1/3 cup thyme
  • 1/3 cup rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cut squash in half from stem to bottom. Place face down in 2" of water in microwave safe dish and cook for 20 minutes. After done take a fork and shred the inside of the squash to create noodle-like strips. Place noodles in large bowl and core the rest of the inside of the squash to create a bowl-like dish out of the rind. Toss all ingredients in a bowl. Place 1/2 of the batter in each half of the squash bowls. Bake for 15 minutes at 400. Serve with marinara sauce, Alfredo or spaghetti sauce.
