Hash brown Potato Casserole 39 Recipe

  • 1 package frozen hash brown potatoes (2 lb bag)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour Cream
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (use only 1/2: save rest for topping)
  • 1 diced onion (small)
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine or butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
Mix thoroughly. Top with crushed corn flakes or bread crumbs and 1/2 of cheddar cheese. Place in casserole dish and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
