MUSHROOM/RICE CASSEROLE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup rice, white or brown long cooking
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can beef consommé
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 stick butter, melted
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together and put in oven-proof dish,covered. Cook for 1 hour at 350°.
