MARINATED VEGETABLES 19 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked green beans
  • 1 cup green peas, drained
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, cut inch rings (medium)
  • 1 cup whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 jar pimento small.
  • Sauce
  • 3/4 cup sugar or equivalent sweetener
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
Directions
Combine all vegetables in a large bowl. Prepare sauce by mixing sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, and paprika together. Pour sauce over vegetables and marinate overnight.
