CABBAGE CASSEROLE 48 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups crushed cornflakes
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 - 8 ounce can celery soup
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups Cheese, grated
Directions
Melt margarine and mix with cornflakes. Put 1/2 in bottom of casserole dish. Save 1/2 for topping. Put cabbage into dish, and add onions. Mix soup, mayonnaise, and milk together and pour over cabbage and onions. Add cheese and remaining cornflakes. Bake at 350° for about 45 min. Serves 8 - 10.
