Wild Rice 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup gourmet wild rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 3 cups chicken broth
Directions
Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 for 2 hours.

HINT: I use a mini food processor to chop the celery, onion, and mushrooms.
