Ham and Potatoe Casserole 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package frozen shredded potatoes (26 ounce pkg)
  • 1 ham slice, cut into bite-size pieces (1 lb )
  • 1 can cream of potato soup, undiluted (10 3/4 ounce can)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Paprika
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; spoon ham mixture into a lightly greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes; sprinkle with cheeses and paprika, and bake 5 additional minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
