Summer Squash 4 Recipe

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 cups thinly sliced squash
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Melt the butter on stove top. Add squash, onion and water. Cook until tender. Add the soy sauce and cheese and stir. Serve after cheese is melted and mixed throughout the dish.
