Rice Casserole 26 Recipe

  • 1 cup rice, uncooked
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can French onion soup (10 ounce can)
  • 1 can beef consommé (10 ounce can)
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms with liquid (10 ounce can)
Combine ingredients and pour into 2-quart casserole dish. Bake 350° for 20 minutes. Stir. Return to oven for an additional 40 minutes.
