Broccoli and Ham Quiche Recipe

A quick and easy one dish meal that can be served for a casual family brunch or is fancy enough to serve guests.
Directions
  • Preheat oven 375°F.
  • Prepare a refrigerated pie crust according to directions on package for a one crust 9" dish. Prebake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and fill. Layer ham, broccoli, onions and cheese in the prepared crust.
  • In a bowl combine all remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over cheese. Crumble feta cheese just before baking.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.

- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups ham, cooked and cubed
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (opt)
