Twice Baked Potato Casserole 25 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 potatoes (medium)
  • salt to taste
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/4 cup chives
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese
Directions
Boil potatoes in skins until tender (about 20 minutes). Refrigerate overnight. Skin and grate potatoes, adding salt to taste. Mix potatoes, margarine, chives, sour cream, and cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
