Vegetarian Wraps Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch salad dressing (from Hidden Valley packet best)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder (or more)
  • flour tortillas
Directions
Blend together Ranch dressing and chili powder, to taste. Combine all other ingredients, pouring dressing over, mixing thoroughly. Wrap in flour tortillas. Optional: Cut in slightly diagonal half. Insert party toothpicks into each side to keep from unrolling.
