Swiss Vegetable Medley 16 Recipe

  • 1 package frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower mix (16 ounce bag)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 french onion topping (2.8 ounce )
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 C. of cheese, sour cream, and pepper. Pour into 1 qt. casserole baking dish. Bake covered at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and french onion topping. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer.
