Crock Pot Macaroni Pie 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box macaroni, cook & drain (8 ounce box)
  • 1 can evaporated milk (large can)
  • 1 1/2 cups sweet milk
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (save for topping)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (save for topping)
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • black pepper to taste
Directions
Mix cooked & drained macaroni with milks, melted margarine, eggs & pepper, except cheeses. Grease crock pot with butter. Pour mixed ingredients into the crock pot. Put shredded cheeses on top. Cook on low heat for 2-3 hours or high heat for 1 hour.
