Seasoned Rice 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Long Grain Rice
  • 1/4 cup Onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 chicken bullion
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon tarragon
Directions
Brown rice in butter, oil and garlic in skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cook 30 minutes with lid on. Don't stir. Used minced garlic if desired.
